a) When visiting the website
When you visit our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file.

The following information is recorded without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted: IP address of the requesting computer, date and time of access, name and URL of the retrieved file, website from which the access is made (referrer URL), browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.

We will process the above data for the following purposes: To ensure a smooth connection to the website, to ensure a comfortable use of our website, to evaluate system security and stability as well as for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest arises from the data collection purposes listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the collected data for the purpose of making conclusions about your person.

b) When registering for our newsletter
If you have provided your express consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a of the GDPR, we will use your email address to send you our newsletter on a regular basis. To receive the newsletter, all you need to do is provide your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time, for example using a link at the end of each newsletter. Alternatively, you can also send your unsubscribe request at any time using the contact information above, by email, fax or by post.

c) When using our contact form
If you have any questions, you can contact us using the form provided on the website. A valid email address is required so that we know who sent the request and can respond to it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is based on your voluntarily granted consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a of the GDPR. Personal data collected by us in order to use the contact form will automatically be deleted after your request has been processed.

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We will only disclose your personal data to third parties if: you have provided your express consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a of the GDPR; the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f of the GDPR is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal rights and there is no reason to assume that you have a predominant legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data in the event that a legal obligation exists for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c of the GDPR and this is legally permissible and necessary according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b of the GDPR for the execution of contractual relationships with you.

We use cookies to operate our website. These are the files stored by your browser when you visit our website on your device. They are used to store data related to your visit and for the recognition purposes as well as for the statistical collection, improvement and guarantee of the operation of our website.

You have the right

to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 of the GDPR. In particular, you may request information about the purposes of data processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of the right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or opt-out, the existence of the right of appeal, the source of your data if not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling, and any other meaningful detailed information about the data;

to request the correction of incorrect or completion of personal data stored by us immediately pursuant to Art. 16 of the GDPR;

to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us unless the processing is required for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for fulfilling a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal rights pursuant to Art. 17 of the GDPR;

to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 18 of the GDPR if the accuracy of data is disputed by you, if the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to have it deleted and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal rights or you have filed an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 of the GDPR;

to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transmission of data to another controller pursuant to Art. 20 of the GDPR;

to revoke your consent provided to us at any time pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 of the GDPR. As a result, we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent with effect for the future and, pursuant to Art. 77 of the GDPR, raise complains with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or place of work or our office in order to file an objection against the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 of the GDPR provided that there are reasons for this which result from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct mail advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which we will implement without specifying a particular situation. You have the option of informing us of your objection by phone, email, fax or by sending an informal notice to our postal address listed at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.

To ensure data security, the contents of our website are transmitted in an encrypted form using the SSL procedure, according to the latest state of the art. In order to secure the data, we and the commissioned service providers, with whom we have concluded the corresponding contractual agreements, will take the appropriate state-of-the-art measures, in particular to restrict access to the data, to protect the data against changes and loss, and to maintain confidentiality in accordance with the latest state of the art.
